CITIZEN OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM
Please complete Citizen of the Year form and submit on-line or print out and send the completed form.
The contributions are not restricted to activities during the current year but may relate to contributions made since the nominee became a 108 resident. This award can be won more than once, but the supporting information should indicate contributions made since any previous award. Groups and businesses are not eligible. Nominations must be received by the 108 Mile Ranch Community Association by the end of March. The award will be presented at the 108 Business Fair in May.
